Delivery information

Orders over £250 excluding vat are shipped free of carriage charges on a standard 3-4 day service.

A next day service is available on orders placed before 12 noon. This service is chargeable.

We use national couriers to deliver all of our orders to the UK.

Our daily cut-off time for despatches is 1.00pm. This applies to orders with payments authorised. No despatches are made on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. In order to keep delivery charges at a minimum, our standard Parcel delivery is 1-2 days. Pallet delivery is 3-4 days, both excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. We are able to offer a Next Day service; this option can be selected at the order checkout stage. Please note: next day deliveries are not available for certain post code regions. Timed and Saturday deliveries can be arranged with our sales team at an additional cost.

We do not guarantee the courier's stated service. We cannot be held responsible for missed or late deliveries.

Items are only available for delivery to mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands).

For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Isle Of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and other destinations outside of Mainland UK please contact us for a quotation ahead of placing orders at sales@nvirol.co.uk or via our sales team on 01706 212030.

It is important that the customer ensures that all the delivery details are correct and that the customer or someone acting for the customer is able to sign for the delivery. N-Virol accepts no liability for failed deliveries as a result of incorrect delivery details or the absence of any authorised signatory. Deliveries can be made between 8am and 6pm.

All products leave our premises in perfect condition. All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any damage or missing items should be recorded on the courier's delivery note. It is advisable to refuse delivery of damaged items. The delivery note will be final and conclusive proof that the customer has received the materials in good order and condition. If the goods are signed for as correct we will not be able to process a claim for damaged or missing items. Marking any consignment note as "Unchecked" will not cover us in the event of an insurance claim against the courier. The courier shall not be liable if goods are signed for without a written comment such as "Damaged", "Box Damaged" etc.

If no one is available to receive the delivery, an attempt may be made to leave the item with a neighbour. Alternatively, the courier may return the item to the depot and leave a calling card at the recipient's address to notify of the attempted delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange to collect of the item from the depot or to arrange re-delivery with the courier. Our couriers will only make two delivery attempts.  If you are not at the delivery address to accept the delivery or have provided alternative instructions, a charge may be made to deliver a third time or to have goods returned to us.

Instructions to leave items without a signature are given entirely at your own risk. Neither N-Virol, nor the courier will accept liability for unsigned deliveries.

Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive.  You have 3 working days to notify us of any damage, shortages or incorrect items.  If we are not notified of damage, shortages or incorrect items within this time, your claim will be rejected.

Products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the purchase order and only to geographic zones that we service. Delivery to a different address other than the card holder address is at our discretion. In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the stated delivery time, notify us immediately. As with any shipment, a delay or loss of goods is possible. In such a case, every effort is made, for as long as necessary, to find the package. If the package is not found, we will deliver a new, identical package to the customer free of charge.

Any installation work should not be scheduled or commenced until after you have received your order and checked all the goods for any defects or missing parts. N-Virol or its agents are not liable for any Installer or Contractor costs, consequential loss or compensation in any way.

On delivery, there will be one person per vehicle and for health and safety reasons the driver is only contracted to deliver kerbside. Delivery inside a customer's property is at the driver's discretion.

Larger items will be palletised. It is important for you to have arrangements in place to unload your palletised goods.

Please note that for all items delivered by courier, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure adequate vehicular access and the provision of suitable offloading equipment, where required.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss, damage or destruction.
