Silicone Waterseal

Silicone Waterseal not only waterproofs, but protects brickwork against rain, damp and frost damage. It is fast acting and lasts, is easy to apply and prevents water penetration whilst being permeable to water vapour and gases. Unlike solvent systems Silicone Waterseal CAN BE USED ON DAMP WALLS. Our water repellent is safe and incredibly easy to use. The application of our exterior water repellent is the modern, safe method used by the remedial building trade. Vertical walls and floors in external and internal applications. Ideal for porous substrates such as stonework, brickwork and untreated concrete. Can be used on patios and paving slabs to help with cleaning.
