Online Shop Policy
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the following policies.
Ordering securely online
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure. All of your credit or debit card purchases are processed by Sage Pay (www.sagepay.com) on our behalf, using their secure processing technology. Your credit card information is encrypted using 128bit SSL technology as it is transmitted to Sage Pay for authorisation and the response is securely returned to us. At no time are your credit or debit card details ever seen by any member of our staff or stored on any of our systems.
Return, refund and cancellation policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is dispatched from our factory. In the event that you are not satisfied with the goods, or they are faulty, and you inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, you may return the goods to us for a full refund or replacement. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Please ensure that you are fully satisfied with the product you are ordering. Please call our sales office on 01706 212030 if you require technical advice. Cancellations can be made prior to your order being dispatched, please contact us at sales@nvirol.co.uk or by calling us on 01706 212030 with your order number. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation.
Delivery information
Items are only available for delivery to mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands) - please contact us on sales@nvirol.co.uk or via our orderline on 01706 212030 if delivery is required outside this area. Goods will be sent by a national carrier on their 2-3 working day standard service.
Orders submitted before 1.00pm Monday to Friday will usually be delivered the next working day (or within 3 working days) . We require a full address including postcode and a daytime contact number to be able to deliver your goods efficiently. Orders placed outside of normal working hours/weekends will be despatched the first following working day. In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within the stated delivery time, you must notify us immediately. You must not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods for any defects or missing items.
Prices
Goods are quoted in UK £'s and charged at price shown on the shop page on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
